Where We Hang Lights: Arden-Arcade, Campus Commons and North Natomas

We’re based near Bell Street in Arden-Arcade, so the pages below start close to home: Arden Park, Arden Oaks, Sierra Oaks, Sierra Oaks Vista, Wilhaggin and Del Paso Manor, where the lots run large, the trees are old and tall, and on most streets nobody but you decides when the lights go up. Then Campus Commons and Woodlake inside the city limits. Then North Natomas, which is another world: Natomas Park, Westlake, Heritage Park, Northlake, Sundance Lake, Four Seasons at Westshore and Regency Park. Newer stucco, a lot of tile, gates on some, and associations with rulebooks on most.

Each neighborhood gets its own page because the job changes with the address. An HOA may set when lights can go up and when they have to be gone. A tile roof takes different clips than shingle. A mature oak wraps differently than a young street tree. We’d rather tell you what applies on your street than hand you a generic list. Pick yours below. If it isn’t listed yet, (916) 586-7193 still rings in Arden-Arcade, and we can quote it from a text message.
