Natomas Park Christmas Light Installation
Home › Neighborhoods › Natomas Park
The Sacramento Bee files the Rockmont Lights under Natomas Park. That’s Java Court and Rockmont Circle, more than a hundred decorated homes, and a 25-foot tree parked in the middle of the street. So the bar around here is not low. Natomas Park Christmas light installation is what we do for people who’d like to hold their own on the block without spending a Saturday on a ladder over a tile roof. Dial (916) 586-7193 and we’ll quote it on the call, or from photos you text us.
What these houses ask of an installer
These are early-2000s houses, nearly all of them. Stucco walls, tile roofs, garage facing the street, a lot of two-story plans, and lots that sit close together. Each of those changes the job.
Tile. We don’t nail, staple or drill. Clips hang on the gutter lip or slide beneath a tile’s edge, and we work off ladders at the eave instead of strolling across the roof, because a cracked tile is a leak you find in February.
Stucco. Nothing gets screwed into it. Not for a wreath, not for a cord.
Front-facing garages. The garage is about half of what the street sees. The line across the top of the garage door and the gable above it carry the whole display, so that’s where we want the straightest run.
Close lots. Your eave ends a short hop from the neighbor’s. People will compare.
Second stories. The upper eaves are the part homeowners skip, and the part that makes the house look finished. That’s ladder work, and it’s ours.
What the association means for Natomas Park Christmas light installation
The Natomas Park Community Association runs the place, split into districts A through E. Its community rules and ACC guidelines were revised in September 2023, and the current copy sits in the members-only Member Resources area. We can’t log in, so we have not read the holiday clause, and we’re not going to make up a date and print it on a website.
You can log in. Read us what it says about when decorations may go up and when they have to be down, and we schedule hanging and January removal inside that window. If you’re in one of the attached communities with its own sub-association (Syrah at Natomas Park is one), check that set of rules too. Whichever of the five districts you’re in, our side stays the same: clips on your own house, a timer that’s off late at night, and nothing on the association’s trees or entry monuments unless it hires us.
Quotes happen by phone or photo
Nobody comes to your door to estimate. Call (916) 586-7193, tell us the number of stories and what you want lit, or text over two or three shots taken from the street. That’s enough. If a section quits mid-season, you call and we fix it. In January we return and strip the house, and the strands leave with us, so there are no bins in your garage.
We work the rest of North Natomas too. See the pages for the Westlake villages and Heritage Park’s gated streets, or the wider Sacramento service area. Or write to us through the contact form.
The six things we put up
- Roofline lights along eaves, gutters, peaks and that garage gable.
- Tree wraps on the trunk and main branches of the tree in your own front lawn. If a tree sits in a strip the association maintains, ask them before we touch it.
- Pillar and column wraps on the entry posts, wound evenly so the spiral doesn’t wander.
- Stake lighting down the driveway edge and front walk, set clear of the sprinkler heads in those landscaped lawns.
- Lit wreaths over the garage or on an upstairs window, hung from a hook that needs no hole.
- Lit garland framing the entry door, or run down a porch rail.
We bring every strand. You buy nothing and untangle nothing. More on wrapping is on our tree and trunk wrapping page.
Cul-de-sacs, parks and the school bell
A lot of streets here end in cul-de-sacs. A house at the end of one gets looked at head-on by every car that turns around, so the roofline there has to be right.
Near Burberry Park, Cottonwood Park or North Natomas Regional Park, your place may be seen from the park side as much as from the street, and the back eave may be worth adding for that reason. Close to Natomas Park Elementary, we time arrival around drop-off and pickup. And if the association wants The Club at Natomas Park lit, that’s commercial work we quote the same way.
Rockmont isn’t going to wait for you, so the number again is (916) 586-7193.
Straight answers for Natomas Park
Does the association set dates for Natomas Park Christmas lights?
The Natomas Park Community Association revised its rules and ACC guidelines in September 2023 and keeps them in the members-only area of its site. We haven’t seen the holiday clause, so we won’t quote one. Log in, tell us what it says, and we schedule both ends of the job to fit.
Will hanging lights crack my roof tiles?
It shouldn’t. We use gutter clips or tile-edge clips, and we work from ladders at the eave wherever we can instead of walking the roof.
I live near Rockmont Circle. Can you get my house up to that level?
We can do a clean roofline, wrapped trees, columns, stakes, wreaths and garland. The 25-foot tree in the street and the character nights are your neighbors’ department.
I’m in an attached home with its own sub-association. Does that change anything?
It can. Sub-associations may have their own rules about what goes on shared walls and roofs, so check those along with the master association’s before we set a date.
