Four Seasons at Westshore Christmas Light Installation

Your association publishes a landscape maintenance schedule. That tells us more about how to light your house than anything else on its website, because the people who tend your yard and the people who put stakes in it need to stay out of each other’s way. Four Seasons at Westshore Christmas light installation, in this gated 55-plus corner of North Natomas, runs on good timing and good manners.

The yard belongs to a schedule

The association maintains the yards here, and the landscaping is the low-maintenance kind. So before we place a single stake light, we’d like to know what day the crew works your street. You have the schedule. Read us your day at (916) 586-7193 and we plan around it.

Stake lighting hugs your front walk and driveway edge, tucked against the hardscape where a trimmer doesn’t reach. Cords stay out of the beds. We avoid the sprinkler heads and drip lines.

Single-story homes, lit simply

Houses in this community tend to be one story. A low roof puts the eave in plain view, so a neat line counts for more than a lot of lights. Roofline lights go across the front eaves, the garage and the entry peak, held by clips. We don’t use nails or staples and we don’t drill, whatever the roof and trim are made of. A photo of the eave tells us which clip to load on the truck.

From there, pick what suits the front of your house.

  • Pillar wraps where a porch has posts worth showing off.
  • A lit wreath for the garage wall, or next to your door, hung from a removable hook.
  • Lit garland around the entry, where guests and grandkids come in.
  • Tree wraps for a tree inside your own lot line, if the association’s rules allow decorating it. Ask first, since they maintain it.

We bring all of it, and the main installation page covers the full service. There is nothing for you to buy, test or carry up from the garage, and a timer has it all glowing at dusk and dark again at bedtime, yours or the neighbors’, whichever comes first.

Gate codes and two visits

This is a gated enclave of nearly 600 homes inside the larger Westshore community. We need entry twice: when the lights go up, and again in January when they come off. Set that up through whatever guest or vendor process your gate uses, and tell us at (916) 586-7193 if there’s a trick to it. It’s the same two-visit routine we follow in Heritage Park, the other gated 55+ community in North Natomas. We don’t keep codes on file from one season to the next, and we don’t tailgate in behind a resident.

Four Seasons at Westshore Christmas light installation inside the association’s window

The Four Seasons at Westshore Community Association keeps its governing documents where only residents can log in, and we have not read them. That means no dates from us, and no guessing about what’s typical somewhere else.

You can look it up in two minutes. Find the section on holiday or seasonal decorations, note when displays may start and when they must end, and pass it along. Both of our visits, the hanging and the January removal, get set inside those limits. The gate entries and the rest of the common area belong to the association, and our ladders stay away from them unless the association itself is the customer.

Pricing gets worked out on a call, off snapshots you send our way, or through the contact page if you prefer a form. We don’t visit to estimate. If a section goes out in December, you call (916) 586-7193 and we take care of it.

Why people here hire it out

We light homes around Sundance Lake and across the rest of Sacramento for all sorts of reasons. Here, maybe you’ve done it yourself for decades and you’re finished with it. Maybe a neighbor near Blackbird Park or over by Westshore Lake got a display up early and you’d like to answer. Either reason is good enough for us.

Straight answers for Four Seasons at Westshore

Does Four Seasons at Westshore restrict when holiday lights can be displayed?

We don’t know. The association’s documents are behind the resident login and we haven’t read them. Look up the current rule, tell us the start and end, and we schedule both visits inside it.

The HOA maintains my yard. Where can stake lights go?

Along the walk and driveway edges, against the hardscape. Tell us your landscape day from the association’s schedule and we’ll keep stakes and cords clear of the crew.

Do you keep our gate code from one year to the next?

No. You set up entry through your gate’s guest or vendor process each time: once for hanging day, once for the January removal.

Can you decorate the tree in my front yard?

Ask the association first, since it maintains the yards. If the answer is yes, we wrap a tree on your own lot and keep clear of the landscape crew.
