Heritage Park Christmas Light Installation in Natomas

Home › Neighborhoods › Heritage Park

About 965 homes, three gated villages, and most roofs a single story of tile. On paper, Heritage Park is the easiest lighting job in North Natomas. In practice, a one-story tile roof still needs a ladder, steady knees and a free afternoon, and you may have better plans for all three. Heritage Park Christmas light installation takes one call to (916) 586-7193. We bring the lights, we do the climbing, and you supervise from the driveway with coffee.

One story is lower, not simpler

The houses were built between 2003 and 2005. Stucco, tile, some Spanish touches, garages for two or three cars. With a low roof, the eave is close to eye level from the street, so every clip and every dip in the line is easy to spot. We use clips that hold the gutter or the edge of the tile. No nails, no staples, no holes in stucco or trim.

A wide garage is the longest straight run on most of these fronts, and it does a lot of the work. Add the entry gable and the house reads as fully lit without covering every edge. That’s the value-minded way to do it, and we’ll say so on the phone.

Duplex homes share a roofline

Part of the community is duplexes. If yours is one, the eave keeps going past your half and onto your neighbor’s. Two ways to handle it. We stop the roofline lights cleanly where your half ends, with the end capped and the cord hidden, so it looks deliberate. Or you and the neighbor go in together and the whole building gets one continuous run, which looks better and is worth a knock on the door. One call to (916) 586-7193 covers both halves.

The landscaper works the same beds we do

Your dues cover front-yard landscape maintenance. Good news for your weekends, and something a light installer has to plan around, because the association’s crew will be trimming and blowing in the exact beds where stake lighting goes. We set stakes tight along the walkway and driveway edges, keep cords off the turf, and steer clear of sprinkler heads. A stake the trimmer can’t reach is a stake that makes it to New Year’s. There’s more on walkway and driveway stake lighting if that’s the part you’re after.

Lots are small and low-maintenance, so there usually isn’t a big specimen tree to wrap. Where there is one on your lot, a tree wrap covers its trunk plus the lowest limbs. The trees along the streets and walkways are a different matter. Those, the five themed parks inside the gates, the gate entries and the grounds at the clubhouse on Heritage Park Lane are association property. Our ladders stay off all of it unless the board itself rings us.

Heritage Park Christmas light installation under the HPOA’s rules

The Heritage Park Owners Association keeps its rules where residents can read them and we can’t. So we don’t know its holiday display window, and you won’t see a date from us. One warning while we’re here: there’s a Heritage Park HOA website that turns up in searches and belongs to a community in Tacoma, Washington. Its removal rule is not yours.

Ask the clubhouse office or check your own copy for the current dates. Give us the earliest and the latest, and both visits get booked inside them. The lights come off in January as part of the job. You don’t call to remind us.

Getting a number without a visit

Phone or photos get you a number. Ring (916) 586-7193 and talk us through the front of the house, or text a picture or two. You’ll arrange gate entry for install day and takedown day, and that’s all the homework there is. Should part of the display quit before New Year’s, phone us and it gets repaired. There’s a contact form for the off hours.

We work the rest of North Natomas as well: Four Seasons at Westshore, the other gated 55-plus community up here, and Regency Park. Our Sacramento page covers the rest of town.

Small touches suit small fronts

On a compact elevation, a few pieces go a long way. Pillar wraps on entry posts, where a porch has them. A lit wreath centered over the garage, hung on a hook instead of a screw. Lit garland around the front door, which is the first thing visitors see when they walk up. Timers on everything, so it’s on at dusk and dark at a civil hour without you touching a switch. If you’d like your display wrapped up before the Royal Palm Pub gets busy, set the timer earlier. It’s your house.

Straight answers for Heritage Park

When does the Heritage Park Owners Association allow Christmas lights?

The rules aren’t public and we haven’t read them, so we won’t name dates. Check your copy or ask the clubhouse office, then tell us the window and we schedule both the install and the January removal inside it.

My home is a duplex. Can you light only my side?

Yes. We end the run where your half ends, with the cord hidden so it looks intentional. If your neighbor wants in, we can do the whole building as one line.

Will the landscaping crew wreck my stake lights?

Not if they’re placed right. We keep stakes along hard edges and cords out of the turf and beds the crew works.

Which village gate do I need to clear you through?

Yours. You arrange entry with your village the way you would for any vendor, once for install day and once for takedown.

Is the Heritage Park HOA site that mentions a removal deadline the right one?

Probably not. A Heritage Park HOA site that shows up in searches belongs to a community in Tacoma, Washington. Ask the clubhouse office here for the current rule.
