Regency Park Christmas Light Installation
Home › Neighborhoods › Regency Park
Regency Park’s single-family homes carry no HOA dues, according to the Homes.com guide to the neighborhood. In North Natomas, that’s unusual. Around you are master associations with rulebooks behind logins, and here you are with no board to ask. Regency Park Christmas light installation can happen whenever you decide it’s time.
No dues, no board, a couple of footnotes
The neighborhood guide says no HOA dues for the single-family houses, and we found no association setting a display window for them. That is not the same as a lawyer reading your deed. If yours is one of the condos, you likely do have an association, and you should check its rules before we hang anything on a shared building. Everybody else: pick a date.
We put the lights up when you say, and we remove them in January because that’s when we take lights down, not because someone sent a notice. Name your day at (916) 586-7193.
Why earlier is the smart play
With no start date to wait for, you can book Regency Park Christmas light installation early, while the calendar still has the most open days. The lights don’t have to be switched on the day they go up. We set the timer, or leave it off, and you flip it when you’re ready.
Regency Park Christmas light installation on arches and bay windows
Most of the neighborhood was built between about 2000 and 2005. Stucco, front-facing garages, and two details that are a gift to anyone hanging lights: rounded archways and bay windows.
Archways. Lit garland follows a rounded entry arch as if it was drawn for it. We tie it off with hooks and wraps that leave no holes in the stucco.
Bay windows. A bay has its own little roof. Outlining that small eave with roofline lights and hanging a lit wreath in the center pane gives the front of the house a second focal point, which is useful when the garage takes up most of the street view.
The garage. It faces the street. One clean run of lights across the top and up the gable above it does more than anything else you could add. Clips hold it to the gutter or roof edge. No nails, no staples.
Entry posts. If you have columns at the porch, pillar wraps are quick and they frame the door.
From your photo to our truck in January
You call (916) 586-7193 or text photos of the house. We quote from that, with no visit. We show up with every strand, clip and timer. If something goes dark, you call and we repair it. In January we take it all off the house and it leaves on our truck.
Small lawns and a public sidewalk
Lots are small and sit close together, and the streets are lined with sidewalks. Two consequences. First, stake lighting goes along your walk and driveway, short of the sidewalk, and no cord ever crosses it. No board will write you up, but a neighbor with a stroller will have opinions. Second, a small lawn doesn’t need much. A handful of stakes and one wrapped tree fill the space. Tree wraps go on the trunk and lower limbs of whatever is growing in your own yard, and we’ll tell you from a photo whether the tree is big enough to bother with.
Park-side houses
Regency Community Park covers more than 40 acres, with disc golf and dog parks. If your house faces it, or Alder Park, or California Lilac Park, you have an audience most streets don’t get. A side or rear eave that would be wasted elsewhere gets seen here. Mention it when you call.
See the home lighting service page for more detail. If you’re curious how the other half lives, read about Northlake and its sidewalk letter or Natomas Park. There’s also our Sacramento page and a contact form. No board, no window, no excuse: (916) 586-7193.
Straight answers for Regency Park
Where does the ‘no HOA dues’ statement about Regency Park come from?
The Homes.com neighborhood guide lists no HOA dues for the single-family homes, and we found no association setting a holiday window for them. Condos are different and likely have their own association, so check there.
With no HOA window, when can Regency Park Christmas light installation happen?
Whenever you want, as long as our calendar has the day open. You can book ahead and leave the timer off until you’re ready. Takedown is in January either way, and the lights leave with us.
Can you light a house that faces Regency Community Park?
Yes, and it’s worth it. A side or rear eave that faces the park gets seen. Mention the park when you call.
Can you decorate a bay window or an arched entry?
Yes. We outline the small roof over the bay, hang a lit wreath in it, and run lit garland around the arch using hooks that leave the stucco alone.
